be construed as a safe: - As a closing element, it shall have a lock with either a double-lock or double-combination lockset acting on the tumblers to block the safe - It must be wholly made of tempered steel and reinforced concrete or of a composition that, due to its characteristics, offers at least the same resistance to penetration and fire - Safes weighing less than 100 kilograms must be appropriately bolted to the floor or sunk into the wall |
