Beneficiary ( Liberty accident insurance )
The individual or legal entity entitled to the indemnity. In the event of the death of the insured, when no express designation has been made by the policyholder, the beneficiaries will be determined by the preferential and exclusive order described below:
- The spouse, who is not legally separated from the victim
- The children, in equal parts.
- The insured's parents, in equal parts.
- The insured's legal heirs.
