Traffic accident ( Liberty accident insurance )

 

For the purposes of this contract, a traffic accident is hereby understood as a accident occurring when the insured:

 

- Is travelling as a driver or passenger of a land vehicle

 

- Acts as a pedestrian and the accident is caused by a vehicle

 

- Acts as a user of sea or air public transport or of charter flights
