Limit per victim (Liberty Seguros)
| The maximum sum the
insurer undertakes to pay to the injured party or to his
or her entitled dependents for all of the
damage caused. Should various parties be injured as a consequence of a single accident, the limit established in the policy shall be applied to each one of the victims, and the sum established in the policy for such purposes shall be the limit per loss. |
Límite por víctima: La cantidad que el
asegurador se compromete a pagar como máximo al lesionado o a
sus derechohabientes por todos los
daños y perjuicios causados. En el supuesto de que a consecuencia de un mismo siniestro resulten afectados varios lesionados, se aplicará el límite fijado en la póliza para cada una de las víctimas, actuando como límite por siniestro el establecido en la póliza a tal efecto. |
