| The insured (owner) or regular driver, providing s/he is a natural person residing in Spain, his / her spouse, ascendant or descendent relatives to the first degree and any other individuals who, irrespective of the degree of consanguinity, form a part of the family unit and live with the insured, even if travelling separately and by any means of transportation, as long as the trip does not exceed 90 days, and, in the event of an accident or malfunction affecting the insured vehicle, all passengers in it, limited to the maximum number of authorised seats, excluding hitchhikers. | Asegurado |
