| Beneficiario | The individual or legal entity entitled to the indemnity, either because this right has been transferred by the insured or because the policy so stipulates, with regard to the personal accident cover for passengers: in case of death, the beneficiaries will be those parties expressly designated as such by the insured or, where no such express designation has been made, his / her legal heirs, in case of permanent disability, the beneficiary will be the insured. |
